Who We Are

Robin Kelly is a board-certified physician assistant with 13 years of clinical experience and the lead clinician at Brain Dynamics. After years in conventional medicine, she saw how often chronic symptoms trace back to nervous system dysregulation — a realization that shifted her clinical focus. She has trained in the Othmer method through the EEG Institute, traditional amplitude neurofeedback, and functional medicine with the Kresser Institute, and is completing requirements for BCIA certification. Robin now provides neurofeedback services for clients of all ages, supporting meaningful, lasting improvements in regulation, resilience, and overall wellness.

Brain Mapping

qEEG brain mapping provides a clear picture of how your brain is functioning by measuring and visualizing its electrical activity. This detailed assessment shows where communication is strong, where patterns are imbalanced, and how these dynamics may relate to focus, mood, stress, sleep, or performance. It serves as a guide to create targeted, effective neurofeedback and wellness plans.

Integrative Health

Integrative health takes a whole-person approach, looking beyond symptoms to understand how your biology, lifestyle, and environment come together. By combining conventional medicine with functional and complementary strategies, we aim to uncover root causes and create personalized plans that support overall resilience, vitality, and lifelong wellness.

Biofeedback

Biofeedback helps you develop awareness and control over your body’s stress responses by measuring functions such as breathing, heart rate, and muscle tension. For those experiencing anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, or nervous system imbalance, it offers practical tools to shift from “fight or flight” into a calmer, regulated state. These skills build resilience and help you feel more grounded and in control of your internal experience.

Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback is a gentle, non-invasive method that trains the brain to operate in more balanced and efficient ways. By giving your brain real-time feedback on its activity, it naturally learns to shift out of dysregulated patterns linked to issues like anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and sleep disturbances. This process supports healthier brainwave activity, better self-regulation, and long-term improvements through neuroplasticity.

Sleep Disorders

Quality sleep is essential for day-to-day functioning and for long-term wellness.

There are numerous causes for abnormal sleep patterns; leading to problems with memory, concentration, mood regulation, and immune dysfunction. We use neurofeedback to target abnormal areas of brain activity involved in insomnia and other dysregulated sleep patterns.

Peak Performance

Neurofeedback in high performance brains can enhance self-regulation, improving responses to external and internal stressors and can aid in recovery. When peak performance areas of the brain are trained this supports confidence, focus, and motivation.

Attention and Learning Disorders

Attention and learning involve different nerve circuits in the brain. Neurofeedback training can improve self-regulation and allow optimal function that can translate into increased focus and attention and decreased hyperactivity and impulsiveness.

Meet Robin

Founder and Lead Neurofeedback Practitioner

A Colorado native raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Robin’s healthcare path has been shaped by both global work and personal experience. After studying at Colorado State University and the University of Sevilla, she spent a year in Central and South America working on community health projects.
She later completed her physician assistant studies at the University of California–Davis and became board-certified in 2010, with early clinical work focused on family medicine in underserved communities. Her own recovery from concussions deepened her understanding of the brain-body connection and strengthened her commitment to helping others heal through neurologically informed care.
